Closed Bulldog Clutch 11.4 x 4.6mm clutches are most commonly used with scarf pins, lapel pins and tie tacks. Clutches have either a rubberized plug on the inside or are spring loaded to catch the pin. These clutches fit 0.36' to 0.42' (0.91mm to 1.06mm).
